Position Summary:

As the eCommerce Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the online presence of our mushroom nutraceutical brand. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our ecommerce platform, optimizing the customer journey, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of ecommerce best practices, a strategic mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional online shopping experiences.


1. Ecommerce Strategy:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive ecommerce strategy to drive online sales and achieve revenue targets.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies to ensure a competitive edge.

2. Website Management:

  • Oversee the maintenance and optimization of the ecommerce website for a seamless and user-friendly experience.
  • Collaborate with web developers and designers to implement improvements and new features.

3. Product Merchandising:

  • Manage product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and pricing.
  • Implement merchandising strategies to highlight key products and promotions.

4. Customer Experience Optimization:

  • Implement user experience (UX) improvements to enhance the overall customer journey and increase conversion rates.
  • Monitor and respond to customer feedback, reviews, and inquiries to ensure a positive online shopping experience.

5. Ecommerce Analytics:

  • Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, average order value, and customer lifetime value.
  • Generate regular reports and insights to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.

6. Inventory Management:

  • Coordinate with the supply chain and operations teams to optimize inventory levels, ensuring product availability and minimizing stockouts.
  • Implement strategies for managing seasonal demand and new product launches.

7. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:

  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to align strategies and achieve overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with external partners, including payment processors and logistics providers, to streamline operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience (atleast 3 years) in ecommerce management, preferably in the nutraceutical or health and wellness industry.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, technologies, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in using ecommerce analytics tools and content management systems.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
