Hiring Marketing Manager - D2C E-commerce (Mushroom Nutraceuticals)
Lifecykel is a leading Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) ecommerce company specializing in the production and sale of high-quality mushroom-based nutraceutical products. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive the growth of our mushroom nutraceutical products in the D2C ecommerce space. The ideal candidate will have a passion for health and wellness, a deep understanding of ecommerce marketing strategies, and the ability to create and execute effective marketing campaigns.
1. Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy:
- Create and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue.
- Utilize a data-driven approach to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competition to refine and optimize marketing strategies.
2. Digital Marketing:
- Oversee and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, search engine optimization (SEO), and paid advertising.
- Manage the creation and optimization of engaging content, including product descriptions, blog posts, and multimedia content.
3. Ecommerce Optimization:
- Collaborate with the ecommerce team to optimize the user experience on the website, focusing on conversion rate optimization (CRO) and user interface (UI) improvements.
- Implement and manage ecommerce analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for continuous improvement.
4. Brand Management:
- Develop and maintain a strong brand identity that resonates with the target audience.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
5. Influencer and Partnership Marketing:
- Identify and engage with influencers and partners in the health and wellness space to promote our products.
- Develop and manage relationships with influencers and partners to expand brand reach and credibility.
6. Customer Engagement and Retention:
- Implement customer engagement strategies, loyalty programs, and retention campaigns to foster long-term relationships with customers.
- Leverage customer feedback and reviews to continuously improve products and customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience (atleast 5 years) in marketing roles, preferably in the ecommerce or nutraceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of D2C ecommerce and digital marketing trends.
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in using marketing analytics tools.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
